Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Assistant Branch Head to oversee branch operations, business growth, collections, and team management in the NBFC sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall branch operations and administration.
- Achieve disbursement, collection, and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage branch staff to improve productivity.
- Ensure customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Monitor loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control overdue accounts.
- Ensure proper cash handling and branch security procedures.
- Coordinate with higher management for branch performance updates.
- Build strong customer and market relationships.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/Banking sector.
Qualification
Any Degree
