Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality management systems
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
- Prepare and review quality documents such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean practices).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, 7QC tools).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
