Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing the sales cycle for wastewater and infrastructure solutions. The specialist will conduct market research, develop and execute marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and presentations, and support product positioning in target markets. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, delivering product demonstrations, coordinating with technical teams to tailor solutions, and providing post-sale customer support. The role also includes training internal and external stakeholders on product and service offerings, tracking sales performance, and contributing to strategy discussions to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and respond to inquiries effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and close deals in a structured, data-informed manner.
Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers, partners, and internal teams on solutions, processes, and best practices.
Relevant experience in B2B sales or industrial/engineering solutions, preferably in water, wastewater, or environmental services.
Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, with strong collaboration skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and presentation software; willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
Pay: ₹11,434.36 - ₹53,161.80 per month
