ABOUT JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Laravel PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, a strong foundation in PHP, and hands-on experience with the Laravel framework. This role is perfect for someone who loves building scalable and secure web applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Minimum of [2–5] years of experience in Laravel and PHP development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and tools like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Build APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) for seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries, ensuring data security and consistency.
- Perform data migrations and seeding.
- Debug and resolve application issues promptly while ensuring application reliability through unit and feature tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Monitor application performance and implement caching strategies to ensure scalability and optimal performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.
GREAT TO HAVES (requirements):
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
