We are a design-led boutique real estate company developing high-end holiday homes in premium leisure destinations. We are seeking a Site Engineer who can seamlessly lead end-to-end construction and luxury finishing execution, ensuring exceptional quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
This role requires a hands-on leader who understands both core civil construction and high-end interior detailing, with a sharp eye for craftsmanship and luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Site Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of villa / luxury home projects from excavation to handover
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and design teams
2. Civil Construction Management
- Oversee all stages of civil work including:
- RCC structure
- Masonry
- Waterproofing
- Plastering and finishing
- Ensure compliance with structural integrity and safety standards
- Monitor contractor performance and execution quality
3. Luxury Interiors & Finishing
- Manage execution of high-end interior works, including:
- Stone, marble, and wood finishes
- Custom furniture and joinery
- Lighting, fixtures, and premium fittings
- Ensure design intent is preserved during execution
- Coordinate closely with interior designers and vendors
4. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage specialized contractors and artisans
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
- Track vendor deliverables and timelines
5. Quality Control & Detailing
- Maintain a zero-compromise approach to finishing quality
- Conduct regular site inspections and snagging
- Ensure attention to micro-details that define luxury
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact between:
- Internal teams
- External consultants
- Clients (if required)
- Provide regular progress updates and reports
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and statutory approvals
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, and reports
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in:
- Luxury residential construction (villas / high-end homes)
- End-to-end project management
- Interior finishing execution
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in civil construction techniques and materials
- Deep understanding of luxury interiors and detailing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Excellent project planning and cost control skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working on:
- Holiday homes / resort villas / second homes
- Boutique or design-focused real estate firms
- Exposure to hill or coastal construction environments (highly desirable)
