Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining customer data, and preparing reports using Excel. The role requires strong communication skills along with good analytical ability to manage data, generate reports, and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
2. Order Coordination
- Handle order booking, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and delivery teams.
- Ensure timely order execution and updates to customers.
3. Data Management
- Maintain and update customer database in Excel/system.
- Record daily transactions, orders, and customer interactions.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
4. Excel Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Track sales data, customer orders, and performance metrics.
- Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) for analysis.
5. Complaint Handling
- Register and track customer complaints.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain complaint logs and closure reports.
6. Coordination
- Work closely with sales, billing, and operations teams.
- Support management with required reports and updates.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
- Basic understanding of CRM or ERP systems
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service / CRE / back-office / reporting roles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
