Manager – Customer Quality
Location: Hejjala Factory
About the Role
Featherlite Furniture is looking for an experienced Manager – Customer Quality to lead complaint resolution, field quality audits, and customer satisfaction initiatives at our Hejjala manufacturing unit. The role is critical to strengthening product quality and customer trust across our furniture portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RCA & CAPA for customer complaints on quality, finish, durability, and fitment
- Conduct quality audits at the Hejjala unit, warehouses, and dealer locations
- Visit customer/dealer sites to gather field feedback (VOC) and drive corrective action
- Work with production and vendors to fix quality issues at the source
- Track complaint trends, COPQ, and CSAT/NPS; present monthly reviews to leadership
- Train sales and service teams on quality standards and complaint handling
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or Diploma; Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Customer Quality, ideally in furniture, durables, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials – wood, laminates, foam, upholstery, metal/hardware fittings
- Hands-on with RCA tools (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, 8D)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Willingness to travel to dealer and customer sites as nee
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
