About the Role
Iota Analytics is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technology projects with excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and capable of navigating complex environments with clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams using Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Define detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct regular status meetings and deliver stakeholder updates
- Track and manage project tasks using JIRA; maintain clear documentation in Confluence
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience in project management within the tech industry
- Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification is a strong plus
