Timings - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
As a Coordinator at Sanctus World School, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum and assessments, leveraging your deep subject knowledge. This role primarily focuses on assessment and teacher training across Hyderabad for the following subjects -
1. Content Development & Review
- Create sample question papers and assessments
- Ensure content quality, linguistic accuracy, and pedagogical soundness.
- Class observations
- Planning for events
- Trainings
- Submission of timely reports to the management
2. Academic Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct research on best practices in teaching and assessment frameworks.
- Benchmark existing content against international standards and implement improvements.
3. Quality Assurance
- Review, edit, and proofread content.
- Ensure adherence to academic guidelines, brand tone, and curriculum frameworks.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Provide academic guidance and feedback during product development cycles.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HOD in reputed sch0ols
- Have experience working with CBSE/IB/Cambridge curriculum schools a
- Strong command over academic and instructional writing styles.
- Excellent editorial skills with attention to detail and learner engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with authoring tools is a plus.
