Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Business Analyst Role
Location: Pune (Candidates currently residing in Pune preferred)
Joining: Immediate / ASAP Joiners Preferred
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering and business discussions
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, documentation, and reports
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into functional business requirements
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for project understanding and execution
- Support in preparation of tenders, government proposals, and commercial documents
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities
- Maintain MIS reports, follow-ups, CRM updates, and client communication records
- Participate in client meetings, demos, presentations, and strategic discussions
- Support management in business planning and execution activities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of business analysis, client handling, and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Candidates currently residing in Pune preferred
- Immediate joiners / candidates who can join ASAP will be given preference
