Job Title: Sales Manager – Customer Coordination & Business Support

- Candidates residing between Kalyan and Badlapur only.

Education: Graduation in any Stream
Salary: 25K to 38K
Candidates should be residing from Kalyan to Badlapur only.
Experience: 4 -7 years (Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries will be an added advantage)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems preferred).
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- The candidate should be willing to work beyond regular office hours to support the Managing Director in handling urgent customer communications, order follow-ups, production coordination, and other critical business requirements to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Managing Director and execute assigned sales and customer communication activities.
- Draft, prepare, and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and project updates.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Liaise with Sales Engineers to collect technical information and provide accurate responses to customers.
- Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain records of customer communications, orders, and sales activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and management.
- Support business development and customer relationship management activities.
- Lead and supervise team members, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
