Job Title: Production Associate – Smart Electrical Panel, UPS and Critical power systems.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate supports daily production operations by assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical control and power panels while adhering to engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures. The role also assists the Supervisor in meeting production targets, improving processes, and ensuring efficient execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling and wiring PCC, MCC, PLC, APFC, and control panels.
- Read and follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM.
- Install and wire electrical components, terminals, and accessories.
- Perform cable routing, ferruling, crimping, and cable termination.
- Support in internal testing and quality inspection from production.
- Support continuity, insulation, and functional testing of completed panels.
- Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and 5S practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical panel assembly and wiring.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays.
- Basic knowledge of testing instruments (Multimeter, Megger, Clamp Meter).
- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork.

- May require overtime to meet production schedules.
Salary
As per experience and company standards.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ BE Electrical Engineering
Experience: 0–3 years in electrical panel assembly or power/control panel manufacturing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
