We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deep Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee deep cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of deep cleaning procedures, team management, quality control, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate deep cleaning teams at assigned locations.
- Plan and schedule deep cleaning activities according to client requirements.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits before and after service completion.
- Manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum1-5 years of experience in deep cleaning supervision.
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
- Experience managing cleaning teams and site operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
