- Explain the importance of timely servicing.
2. Appointment Booking
- Schedule service appointments according to customer convenience.
- Coordinate appointment slots with service advisors and workshop capacity.
- Confirm appointments and update records.
3. Customer Follow-up
- Contact customers who missed their scheduled service.
- Follow up on pending service recommendations.
- Encourage repeat visits to the dealership.
4. Database Management
- Maintain and update customer contact information.
- Verify phone numbers, email addresses, and vehicle details.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM or Dealer Management System (DMS).
5. Service Campaign Promotion
- Inform customers about:
- Service camps
- Seasonal check-up offers
- Extended warranty programs
- Annual maintenance contracts
- Special service discounts
6. Customer Feedback Support
- Collect customer feedback after service visits.
- Escalate complaints or dissatisfaction to the concerned department.
- Help improve customer satisfaction scores.
7. Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly call reports.
- Track appointment conversion rates.
- Monitor service retention performance.
