About the Role We are seeking an HCM Payroll India Tester to conduct end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes for India payroll. The role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing. Success in this role means ensuring payroll configurations, calculations, and statutory compliance are validated and defects are tracked to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end testing of HCM Payroll processes for India payroll
- Validate payroll configurations, calculations, and statutory compliance
- Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios, and test scripts
Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience in HCM Payroll India testing
- Possess strong knowledge of India payroll rules and statutory requirements
- Have experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM payroll systems
- Demonstrate good analytical skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Be able to work onsite in Bangalore
