MetaNova is focused on building the next generation of systems and solutions for a rapidly changing world and we are currently in process of launching India’s next-generation emergency-first healthcare access network, connecting families, doctors, ambulances, hospitals and other trusted healthcare providers through our intelligently coordinated technology platforms.
We’re looking for energetic, ambitious and execution-oriented individuals who want to gain real start-up experience while helping launch our Gurgaon pilot. This is a high-impact, on-ground role—not a conventional desk internship.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and leadership team, interact with healthcare providers and communities, and contribute to building a business from the ground up. Your Role
As a Business & Growth Associate, you’ll represent MetaNova across hospitals, healthcare providers, communities and partner organisations while supporting the successful launch of our Gurgaon pilot.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with hospitals, doctors, ambulance providers, clinics, labs, pharmacies and other healthcare partners.
- Meeting Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), corporates, community leaders and prospective customers across Gurgaon.
- Supporting business development, partnership onboarding and membership growth initiatives.
- Conducting awareness campaigns, roadshows and on-ground promotional activities.
- Managing leads, meetings, follow-ups and business pipelines using Zoho CRM.
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Supporting pilot launch activities, mock drills and the MetaNova Command Centre whenever required.
Every day will be different, giving you hands-on exposure to business development, partnerships, sales, customer engagement and start-up execution.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Self-driven, confident and comfortable meeting new people.
- Willing to travel across Gurgaon for meetings and field activities.
- Curious, adaptable and excited to work in a fast-growing start-up environment.
- Strong ownership, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Must be available in Gurgaon and able to join immediately
You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities from Day One and expected to take ownership, solve problems independently and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Eligibility
Students pursuing or recently completing:
- BBA / BMS / BBM / B.Com / BA / B.Sc. / MBA / PGDM or other similar degrees
- Or any equivalent undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Exceptional candidates from earlier years with strong availability and commitment may also be considered.

Stipend & Benefits
- ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (based on overall experience and performance)
