Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source qualified candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and networking channels.
- Handle recruitment for IT/non-IT positions based on client requirements.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidate skills, experience, and fitment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates against open requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Follow US staffing processes, compliance guidelines, and best practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.36 - ₹16,000.00 per month
