Department: Food & Beverage Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up tables and service areas before opening.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in arranging buffet setups and banquet functions.
- Clear used dishes and maintain table cleanliness during service.
- Follow hotel service standards and grooming guidelines.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / F&B Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,499.00 - ₹16,879.83 per month
