Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Interior Project Executive to coordinate and manage interior projects from the initial stage through completion. The person will be responsible for coordinating with designers, clients, vendors, site teams, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per the approved design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor interior projects from start to completion.
- Understand approved drawings, designs, BOQs, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, carpenters, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Regularly visit project sites and monitor work progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials reach the site on time.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding production, delivery, and installation.
- Identify site issues, delays, or execution problems and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper project documentation, work reports, site reports, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the accounts/procurement team regarding purchase orders, bills, and payments where required.
- Communicate project status and important updates to management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements, schedules, and execution-related matters.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects to the client.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior project execution or project coordination.
- Good knowledge of residential/commercial interior execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, carpentry, modular works, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and project-related software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
