Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking events.
- Prospect and generate leads within assigned territories, industries, or market segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term corporate clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
2. Corporate Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business needs and propose customized corporate solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts tailored to corporate requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close deals.
4. Sales Targets & Performance
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and expanding existing relationships.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.
5. Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products/services and clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product and strategy development.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Sales Experience: 0–8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales; experience in services, insurance, or solutions-based selling is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage long-term corporate client relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
