We are looking for a confident, experienced, and customer-focused sales professional who can deliver an exceptional shopping experience and contribute to store growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, order tracking, and customer follow-ups when required.
- Manage inventory displays and ensure merchandise is presented professionally.
- Support social media content creation by assisting with customer styling and product showcases when needed.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming store environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in ethnic wear, fashion retail, luxury retail, boutique sales, or apparel sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good fashion sense and understanding of women's ethnic wear trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred.
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, or English is an advantage.
