Job Overview
We are looking for a disciplined, highly organized HR Recruiter & Admin Executive to handle our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and daily office administration at our CBD Belapur office. In this role, you will source talent for our logistics teams while managing corporate vendors, facilities, and day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient, error-free workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates for key roles (Operations, Sales, Customer Service) using Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboarding & HR Admin: Manage employee onboarding, mandatory document verification, daily attendance tracking, leave logs, and internal HR compliance.
- Logistics Administrative Support: Coordinate the secure dispatch, receipt, and internal tracking of critical original shipping documents (OBLs, Delivery Orders) and corporate couriers.
- Facility & Vendor Management: Oversee workplace infrastructure, manage daily office maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for utilities and logistics printing stationery.
- Petty Cash & Expense Tracking: Manage daily petty cash for minor office expenses, verify facility vendor invoices, and coordinate with the accounts team for processing.
- Executive Coordination: Maintain accurate, updated registers for company assets, visitor logs, and assist management with corporate meeting logistics.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience successfully combining HR recruitment and corporate office administration.
- Ability to commute reliably to CBD Belapur for a 6-day working week.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an error-free approach to data entry, record keeping, and professional email communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
