Production Manager / Production Supervisor – ISBM
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Experience: 5–10+ Years
Salary: ₹10–12 LPA for Manager level

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ISBM production operations and achieve production targets.
- Handle Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) machines and production processes.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation and machine utilization.
- Monitor cycle time, productivity, rejection and quality.
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues and reduce downtime.
- Control production rejection and improve overall machine efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
- Implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to production, quality and safety standards.
- Manage and guide the shop-floor production team.
Required Profile
- Experience in ISBM / PET Preform / PET Bottle manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISBM machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production planning and manpower management.
- Knowledge of process parameters, rejection control and quality improvement.
- CIPET / Plastic / Polymer background preferred.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Candidates with ISBM Production Manager, Production Incharge, Production Supervisor or Shift Incharge experience can be considered.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
