Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Draftsman with strong hands-on expertise in preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. The candidate must be capable of independently managing drawing packages and coordinating with project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue GFC drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, joinery and furniture details
- Manage drawing revisions, version control, and submission schedules
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors on drawing queries and RFIs
- Ensure drawings align with project specifications and client requirements
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsman ship / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of drafting experience in an architecture or interior design firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp
- Strong understanding of construction details and site execution
- Experience preparing GFC drawing sets independently
- Good attention to detail; ability to handle multiple drawing packages
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
