- Grievance Resolution: Act as a mediator between employees and management to address and resolve conflicts or complaints.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, safety standards, and welfare mandates (e.g., Factories Act, Mines Act where applicable)
- Employee Support: Provide confidential counseling and support for staff dealing with personal, domestic, or work-related challenges.
- Welfare Administration: Oversee daily workplace amenities such as canteens, rest areas, drinking water, and recreation facilities.
- Wellness Programs: Plan and implement initiatives focused on physical health, mental health, and employee engagement.
Candidate with fluency Hindi language speaking will be an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Work (MSW), or Labor/Industrial Relations.
