SLBS Marklance is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students build successful careers in the oil and gas sector. Candidates with at least 1 year of Oil & Gas teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions related to Oil & Gas operations and industry practices.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Train students on upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas concepts.
Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and case-study-based learning activities.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.
Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Oil & Gas, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of Oil & Gas teaching experience.
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry processes and operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and training presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications related to Oil & Gas, HSE, or Process Operations.
Prior industry experience in Oil & Gas operations, production, drilling, refining, or process engineering.
Experience in student mentoring and placement-oriented training.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
