Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Junior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support revenue generation for Ethanol and DDGS products. The role involves customer outreach, order coordination, and executing sales activities under the guidance of senior sales professionals. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Market Research
i. Assist in executing sales plans for Ethanol and DDGS under senior guidance.
ii. Research potential markets, customers, and industry developments
iii. Collect and compile competitor pricing data and market information.
2. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
i. Support outreach to OMCs, distilleries, feed manufacturers, traders, and bulk buyers.
ii. Assist in identifying new leads and following up on business enquiries.
iii. Help maintain customer databases and relationship records.
3. Quotation & Basic Negotiation Support
i. Assist in preparing quotations and price comparison sheets.
ii. Support senior team in drafting sales proposals and communication.
iii. Coordinate with internal teams for contract-related documentation.
4. Order Coordination & Follow-up
i. Assist in tracking order status, processing, and dispatch timelines.
ii. Coordinate with logistics and plant teams for smooth delivery execution.
iii. Follow up on pending documentation, quality queries, and delivery updates.
5. Payment Follow-up & Invoicing Support
i. Assist in monitoring sales targets and preparing sales summary reports.
ii. Support timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding receivables.
iii. Maintain records of payments received and due amounts.
6. Documentation & MIS Reporting
i. Maintain customer visit reports, sales trackers, and MIS data.
ii. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.
7. Regulatory Awareness
i. Develop basic understanding of GST, Ethanol Blending Program (EBP), and FSSAI/feed regulations.
ii. Assist in documentation for government tenders and ethanol supply contracts.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Science / Agriculture / Engineering / Business Administration.
· MBA in Marketing / Agri-Business / International Business (preferred but not mandatory).
· Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
· Good communication skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Skills Required
· Eagerness to learn commercial and negotiation basics.
· Awareness or interest in ethanol, DDGS, and agri-commodity markets.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Willingness to do field visits and client meetings.
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools (training will be provided).
· Ability to work in a team and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Pay: ₹276,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
