About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MICE Ticketing Executive / Senior Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in group ticketing, corporate travel coordination, fare calculations, itinerary planning, and airline bookings for MICE movements. Candidates with prior experience in handling domestic and international group ticketing within the travel industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end MICE ticketing operations for domestic and international travel groups.
- Manage group airline bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and vendors for best fares and group movement requirements.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution of ticketing requirements for MICE events.
- Monitor PNRs, schedule changes, fare rules, and travel updates.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets while maintaining cost efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide ticketing support to sales and operations teams for corporate and MICE travel requirements.
- Resolve travel-related queries and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation, MIS, and ticketing records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of mandatory experience in MICE Ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic ticketing processes.
- Hands-on experience in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Good understanding of airline fare construction, routing, and travel regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple group bookings simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling corporate group travel and MICE movements.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills with airlines and vendors.
- Ability to manage urgent travel requirements and last-minute changes efficiently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
