Job Title: Zonal Manager – Field Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Manager – Field Sales to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing field sales teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for the education sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned zone.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
- Visit schools, meet principals, school management, and other key decision-makers to generate business and close sales.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely CRM updates, sales reporting, and accurate forecasting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer onboarding.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Publishing, or related industries will be preferred.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone (60–70% travel).
- Must own a two/four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
