Job Description:
As the Brand Manager at Tandav, you are the architect of the "Warrior" narrative, tasked with scaling a fierce and data-driven identity across India’s $130 billion sports ecosystem. You will command our high-octane content engine to transform "The Zone" from a scouting vertical into the definitive voice of professional sports excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Brand Ownership: Ensure every touchpoint—from our Instagram Reels to our NAAC Proposal Notes—reflects the "Fierce, Rhythmic, and Professional" identity of Tandav. Social Media Management will be your key strong skill.
- AI-Driven Narrative: Architect a "Continuous Content Engine." using Agentic AI tools to produce high-impact visuals, player highlight reels, and trend-based reports.
- The "Warrior Dashboard" GTM: Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for our tech products, ensuring "The Zone" is recognized as the gold standard for bias-free scouting in India.
- Community & Influence: Manage relationships with Mumbai’s elite athletes, coaches, and "Warrior Alumni." You will be involved to create a Digital Presence and generate reports for key metrics.
- B2B Strategy Support: Create high-stakes pitch decks for Principals, HODs, and Corporate CSR heads, positioning Tandav as a "must-have" for institutional accreditation. This includes pitching to B2B clients, stakeholders and sports academies.
Required Skills for the role:
- · AI Literacy (2026 Standard): Proficiency in AI workflows for content generation (Runway, Midjourney, GPT-5/Gemini 3) and data synthesis.
- · Social Media Management: Understanding the key metrics of social media, managing a business social media account or multiple personal accounts. Proficient in content scheduling and tracking.
- · Sports Knowledge: Knowledge about multiple sports essential but not required. Basic understanding about the business side of sports, leagues, and scouting/talent identification systems for the clubs.
- · Community Management: Proven experience in building digital communities, organising events, running leagues or managing athletes.
Experience & Background:
- 0–2 years in Brand Management, ideally in Sports-Tech, Fitness, or Ed-Tech.
- An MBA in Marketing or Sports Management is a plus, but internship/work experience in the sports industry is more valuable.
- A portfolio of "High-Energy" content campaigns that moved real business metrics (not just likes or engagement).
