Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle customer calls, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Maintain daily call records and reports
Follow up with interested customers
Update customer data in CRM or WhatsApp
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of mobile/computer
Positive attitude and patience
Qualification:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Freshers can apply (Experience is a plus)
