Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for creative and energetic Marketing & Growth Associate Interns to support marketing campaigns, brand promotion, lead generation, and business growth initiatives. This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure in marketing, digital outreach, and startup growth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Support social media, email, and digital outreach activities
- Help in lead generation and audience engagement initiatives
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain marketing reports, databases, and campaign tracking sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and growth activities
Skills Required:
- Good communication and creative thinking abilities
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and MS Excel
- Interest in marketing, branding, and business growth
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
Eligibility:
Freshers, undergraduate students, and recent graduates can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
