Job Title: Special Educator
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.
- Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individualized and small-group remedial instruction.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school counselors to support student progress.
- Adapt classroom teaching methods and learning materials based on students' needs.
- Monitor student performance and maintain progress records.
- Conduct parent counseling and provide regular feedback.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education.
- B.Ed. in Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification.
- Valid RCI Registration is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualification may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
