Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to potential brand partners, agencies, and advertisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Create tailored proposals for media campaigns, influencer marketing, and content collaborations.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to develop creative campaign solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Track industry trends and stay updated on new media innovations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Prior experience in media sales, influencer marketing, or advertising preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand creative deliverables and digital content formats.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
