Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics for middle/secondary classes (usually Grades 6–10).
- Explain concepts clearly using experiments, demonstrations, and real-life examples.
- Prepare lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments (tests, quizzes, practicals) and provide feedback.
- Help students prepare for board exams (especially Grade 10).
Laboratory Work
- Organize and supervise Physics lab activities and experiments.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the lab.
- Maintain lab equipment and coordinate with lab assistants.
Student Development
- Identify different learning needs and support slow learners as well as advanced students.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide extra classes or remedial support when required.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain records such as attendance, marks, and progress reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress.
- Assist in exam duties, paper setting, and evaluation.
Co-curricular Involvement
- Organize science exhibitions, quizzes, and club activities.
- Support school events, assemblies, and competitions.
Professional Responsibilities
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and CBSE guidelines.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary learning.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
