Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide information about our services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
