Qualification
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming material inspection and verification.
- Perform in-process inspection during assembly of OTI, WTI, RTCC Panels, and Marshalling Boxes.
- Carry out final inspection and testing before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, wiring, labeling, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documents.
- Identify non-conforming products and report deviations.
- Support customer and third-party inspections.
- Ensure calibration status of measuring and testing instruments.
- Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures and work instructions.
Required Skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Multimeter, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of transformer accessories and control panels.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
