Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices in configurations, APEX coding, LWCs, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Proven experience in leading teams, conducting discovery workshops, and delivering complex Salesforce projects is essential. Certifications like Admin, Dev I, Dev II, and experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds are required, with additional expertise in Manufacturing or Health Clouds being a plus. Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is preferred.
