MIS & Reporting
1) Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, CAC, order volumes, and return rates
2) Automate P&L reporting by SKU, category, geography, and channel
3) Prepare management decks for weekly business reviews and monthly board packs
4) Track actuals vs. budget/forecast; flag variances with root-cause commentary
5) Maintain a single source of truth across ops, supply chain, and finance data
Logistics Cost Analysis
1) Own end-to-end logistics cost per order — last-mile, first-mile, reverse logistics, packaging, and fulfillment
2) Build cost-per-shipment models broken down by courier partner, zone, weight slab, and order value
3) Identify cost leakages — fake delivery attempts, RTO (Return to Origin) abuse, excess dimensional weight billing
4) Benchmark courier rates and negotiate data-backed rate cards with 3PL/courier partners
5) Analyse RTO % by product, pin code, and channel; recommend interventions
6) Monitor COD reconciliation efficiency and flag float/loss
Budgeting & Controls
1) Assist in annual logistics cost budgeting and re-forecasting
2) Set up freight accrual processes and vendor invoice reconciliation (billed vs. manifested shipments)
3) Flag overbilling by courier partners through shipment-level audit
4) Support finance controller on month-end logistics cost provisioning
Qualification- Qualified Fresher CA or MBA
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
