We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet customer specifications and quality standards while supporting our commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 Take-Home per Month (Based on qualification, experience, and performance during the interview.)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of CNC-machined components.
- Verify dimensions and specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Conduct first-piece approval and patrol inspection during production.
- Interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and inspection standards.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality inspection reports.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
- Support customer inspections, internal audits, and ISO/QMS documentation.
- Maintain traceability records and inspection documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the inspection area.

Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.E. Mechanical, or any relevant technical qualification.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection, CNC Machine Shop, or Precision Engineering Industry.
- Freshers with good knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings are encouraged to apply.
