ROLE PURPOSE
The Teaching Faculty (PGT/TGT) is responsible for delivering high-quality, concept-based instruction as per CBSE and NCERT guidelines, ensuring syllabus completion, examination preparedness, strong academic outcomes, and continuous student mentoring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeaching & Learning
- Deliver subject teaching as per CBSE curriculum and NCERT framework.
- Ensure conceptual clarity through structured and student-centric pedagogy.
- Complete syllabus as per academic calendar with planned revisions.
- Promote classroom engagement through discussion and problem-solving.
Academic Planning & Assessment
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and track student performance.
- Implement remedial and enrichment strategies where required.
Student Mentoring
- Provide academic guidance and exam-oriented support.
- Communicate student progress during PTMs.
Institutional Responsibilities
- Maintain academic records and internal assessment data.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and CBSE-related activities.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONSPGT (XI–XII)
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (Chemistry / Mathematics).
- 1-5 years CBSE teaching experience preferred.
TGT (VI–X)
- Graduate degree in relevant subject (Mathematics / English / Social Science).
- 1-5 years CBSE teaching experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement ability.
- Familiarity with CBSE examination patterns and digital teaching tools.
