Job Summary
WOW Detailing Studio is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, converting potential customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will promote premium automotive services, including PPF, Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, Wraps, and other car detailing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive detailing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Explain and present the features and benefits of PPF, Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, and other services.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals with potential customers.
- Maintain updated customer, lead, follow-up, and conversion details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent WOW Detailing Studio professionally at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, lead-generation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive detailing services will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
