We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct telephonic discussions and understand customers' investment requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to achieve maximum conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking processes, and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Candidates with experience in plotted developments, residential projects, and investment properties will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of real estate market trends and property documentation.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Age: 22–38 Years
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Own vehicle and valid driving license will be an added advantage
✔ Strong local market knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, and Jewar region preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
