Abybaby Events Private Limited is hiring for its fast-growing Agritech startup, Krishi Vikas.
We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong backend development skills to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Node.js, Sequelize ORM, RESTful APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless application development.
- Review code, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Manage source code using Git.
- Contribute to backend architecture and deployment strategies.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js.
- Strong expertise in Sequelize ORM.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of MVC and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Vue.js.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or Microservices Architecture.
