Job Description
Sri Lakshmi Transport Service is hiring Technicians and Helpers for the maintenance and repair of our heavy truck fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain heavy commercial vehicles.
- Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Check engine, brake, clutch, suspension, tyres and electrical systems.
- Identify and rectify vehicle problems.
- Support fleet operations and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
- Follow workshop safety and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Heavy vehicle maintenance experience will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Salary:
- Fresher – ₹12,000/month
- Helper – ₹12,000/month
- Junior Technician – ₹15,000/month (With Experience of 2 -3 Years)
- Senior Technician – ₹20,000/month (With Experience of above 5 years)
Salary may be revised based on experience and performance as per company policy.
