The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, issuing parts to the workshop, assisting customers, and ensuring the availability of genuine two-wheeler spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock of spare parts and accessories.
- Issue spare parts to technicians as per workshop requirements.
- Assist customers with spare parts inquiries and sales.
- Receive and check incoming spare parts.
- Keep the spare parts store clean and well organized.
- Update stock records and inventory in the system.
- Raise purchase requests when stock levels are low.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow company procedures for handling spare parts and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a spare parts or automobile dealership is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
