Part B: Position Overview
The E-commerce Executive is responsible for end-to-end order processing, marketplace operations, inventory synchronization and fulfillment through Vinculum (Vin eCom/eRetail) across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

Part D: Roles & Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Marketplace Operations
· Process Amazon, Flipkart and marketplace orders through Vinculum.
· Monitor daily orders and ensure SLA compliance.
2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
· Generate invoices, labels and manifests.
· Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch with warehouse.
3. Inventory Management
· Maintain inventory synchronization.
· Prevent overselling and stock-outs.
4. Marketplace Fulfillment
· Manage Amazon FBA, Flipkart Assured and inbound shipments.
5. Returns & Claims
· Handle RTOs, returns, reconciliations and marketplace claims.
6. MIS Reporting
· Prepare daily MIS for orders, dispatches, cancellations and returns using Excel.
7. Marketplace Compliance
· Monitor seller health, SLA adherence and improve operational performance.
Part E: Eligibility Criteria & Skills RequiredEducation & Experience
· Graduate in any stream.
· 1–2 years of Amazon & Flipkart order processing.
· Hands-on experience with Vinculum.
Technical Skills
· Strong knowledge of Vinculum (Vin eCom/eRetail).
· Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
· Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters, Formulas).
· Understanding of marketplace SLAs.
