Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector is responsible for managing initial customer interactions, handling project inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating site visits. The role plays a critical part in driving sales by ensuring timely follow-ups and converting inquiries into qualified prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to residential/commercial projects via calls, emails, and digital platforms (portals, social media, website)
- Provide detailed information about projects including pricing, location, amenities, configurations, and payment plans
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and buying intent
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers and the sales team
- Maintain and regularly update lead data in CRM systems
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and ensure higher conversion rates
- Share project brochures, presentations, and relevant documentation with clients
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign leads and ensure quick response time
- Track daily leads, site visits, and conversion status; prepare reports for management
- Ensure excellent customer experience during the initial stages of engagement
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of local real estate market and competitors
Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales
- Experience handling property portals.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
