Job Summary
Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to support and coordinate nursing operations within our fertility and women's healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to guide nursing teams while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Support patient counseling and treatment coordination.
- Guide and mentor nursing staff in clinical practices.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with relevant nursing qualification.
- Prior experience in a supervisory, senior staff nurse, or nursing leadership role preferred.
- Experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, women's health, or IVF services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
