- Maintain accurate production logs, setup sheets, process deviation records, and safety checklists
- Identify and correct molding defects like flash, short shots, warp, and sink marks by making necessary process adjustments
- Perform routine upkeep and cleaning of machines and molds to maximize tooling lifespan and minimize downtime
